MSH provides technical information and tools for Minecraft server administration. You are responsible for deciding whether an instruction is appropriate for your server and for protecting your own data before making changes.

Using MSH

You may use MSH to read guides, troubleshoot servers, use public tools, and submit ratings or feedback. Do not use MSH services or endpoints to disrupt the site, submit automated spam, bypass reasonable abuse controls, probe for unauthorized access, or interfere with other users.

Technical information and backups

MSH aims to keep technical information accurate, but Minecraft, Java, server software, plugins, mods, APIs, and hosting environments change. Instructions may not fit every version or server configuration.

Before changing a production server, keep current backups, read version-specific notes, and verify critical steps against the official documentation for the software you are using. You remain responsible for your server, files, credentials, configuration, players, and infrastructure.

Calculators and tools

MSH calculators and estimators provide practical guidance rather than guaranteed capacity, performance, compatibility, or hosting requirements. Real server behavior depends on hardware, software, player activity, plugins or mods, world state, configuration, network conditions, and other factors.

Third-party projects and links

MSH discusses and links to independent Minecraft server software, plugins, mods, modpacks, hosting technologies, documentation, and repositories. Those third parties control their own products, downloads, licenses, availability, security, pricing, and policies. A reference or link from MSH does not create an affiliation, endorsement, or warranty.

Names and intellectual property

Minecraft and related names, marks, and assets belong to their respective owners. Third-party project names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. MSH is an independent site and is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

Feedback submissions

When you submit feedback, you confirm that you are allowed to provide the text you send. You may submit corrections, suggestions, bug reports, and content requests. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, private server details, unlawful material, spam, or content that you do not have the right to share.

MSH may use submitted feedback to investigate issues, improve content, change tools, prioritize work, and maintain the site.

Availability and changes

MSH may change, remove, reorganize, or temporarily disable pages, tools, APIs, or features as the site develops. These terms and related policies may also be updated as the service changes. The date at the top of this page indicates the current published version.
