Direct answer

For moderate structures on compatible versions, WorldEdit can copy a selected region and paste it into another loaded world. For large or modded worlds, test a schematic on staging first.

Recommended procedure

  1. Create an isolated backup of both source and destination worlds and ensure you have WorldEdit permissions.
  2. Use a selection wand (//wand) and select two corners of the build, including its height.
  3. Stand at a memorable reference point and run //copy; WorldEdit preserves the offset relative to your position.
  4. Go to the target world, stand at the intended reference point, preview the area and run //paste -a if you explicitly want to preserve target air-excluded blocks.

What to do next

For transfer across servers, save a supported schematic file from the source WorldEdit installation and load it in the destination; keep block/data version compatibility in mind.

How to verify the result

Inspect redstone orientation, block entities, containers, NPCs, claims and overlapping terrain before reopening the destination.

Version and compatibility notes

//paste -a skips air, so it may leave unwanted old blocks inside your pasted building. Entities, biomes, inventories and custom mod blocks require special flags or additional handling.
